The Ashton manual is a must read for anyone who finds themselves addicted to these drugs. There are also various support groups available for people struggling to rid themselves of benzo dependency.

Ratch, thanks so much for these links. I feel i would never have found such valuable info myself. I am tapering off Valium and these charts and guides are VERY helpful. I as well am on antis and i just learned on the uk site to withdraw from vals first and then work on the antis, thanks again, John
